Trending @Infosys; How is Cognizant? Any views on this?

If leaving current organisation post accepting Cognizant offer; will it be fine considering better compensation and better Unit/Practice for which got selected. Any one can help please advising?

Cognizant is a terrible choice. Stick to your current job. Better compensation in rupees doesn't mean better work environment. Don't fall for the trap. Stay where you are.
