How is Capgemini

The projects are good but aren’t that great ! Short term ! You might have to keep moving to different projects and keep upskilling yourself.
The hybrid working model is good, 12 days/month, no restriction on hours spent in ofc.
The hikes are a huge turn off. 1% or NO hike over the years.

For me it seems better, but at the end of the day it’s like any other service based company. 🙂🙃
