How is attendance marked?
I want to know how is attendance marked in tcs. I is through swipe in on premises that is branch or is it through swipe in at ODC ? I am asking coz hours show up even after you swipe in on the premises.
Attandance is marked if you swipe in on premises, even if you don't have any ODC access. I have tracked my working hours time for a couple of days. It calculate on the basis of premises swipe in/out. But I encourage you to get any ODC access.
My issue is that my team is virtual i just can’t understand the reason i come to office. That too I have to come to dedicated odc. I have an office near my place( asked manager if he can give odc access there but got denied). So im just thinking of going to nearby office swipe in and swipe out after an hour
same here they are literally pushing to come back to odc and not allowing to work from general odc, not sure what action they will take
