How is Atlassian?

Lately, I’ve seen many people saying that Atlassian has become worse, with stack ranking and PIP being common there. Anyone from Atlassian who can share their experience? I have an offer and would love some insights—should I join or not?

Things have changed but it's also dependent on teams. It was amazing company now it's just another normal company , just like how Google and Microsoft has changed. Every company has changed after giving crazy hike in COVID. For you specifically I assume atlassian will be better than Flipkart. One thing which you would notice for sure is things are really slow here, like really slow compared to Flipkart
