How is Accentyre to join as a Business Analyst

I have joined a company this week only and on probation period and meanwhile i got a call from Accenture for interview which is scheduled on 6th June. Please suggest if i clear the interview should i join Accenture if yes then what should i tell my present employer and do i still need to serve NP if i am still in training
