Trending @Accenture; How is Accenture ATCI, I got offer for CL10 .. is it good
Word of wisdom for you ! Don't ever believe a manager's words, especially in Accenture and moreover if ATCI.
Pros : Join if you are happy with your offered package and don't want anything mentioned below :
- Growth, there is no hike in last 2-3 years
- Work life balance
- Respect
- Quality work
Cons: none as such
Tip : Here managers don't follow any decoram of work hours policy and have miniscule knowledge of technology. They are none more than sh*t.

Join if you like to work hard and get promises for promotion and hike but nothing in the end.
Join if you like weekend work, I don't mean Weekend work because you couldn't complete deliverables... Weekend work asked by the client and your managers are ok with you working.
Indian devs are taken for granted. But you will get 300 Rs as overtime so...
Saying you are not interested in weekends is not well taken.
Lot of red tape.
Your delivery manager will have a bright idea of hiring freshers for you to handle and expect them to work and you to work too.... Depends on your luck here whether you will have tense days or not.
You cannot complain but they can.
I used to work in high stress projects before Accenture with right deadlines etc but I used to receive a lot of support from my management.
Here deadlines are not so tight but keep waiting for Friday's.
Please make an informed decision.

Join a product based company. Any. Over Accenture. They don't value any work, efforts. There's no fairness in hikes. Nothing is performance linked.
If you're a Manager, sure, you'll join the toxic forces and suck the life out of people who actually do the work.
I'd advice, stay clear of this company.
