Trending @Infosys; How Infy treats after maternity break?
It’s been three years with Infy and have got one role change but no hike yet. How does infy generally treat people returning from maternity break? I’m really scared to go back, thinking about how much efforts i should put again to restart makes me depressed.
Certainly you would be putting much less effort compared to what you are putting now in your new role of motherhood.
Infosys treats them normally.. you are expected to pick on things ...fill in your gap in a timeline which is expected from others. So in short you are good to go ahead. Don't think much and just get started.

One suggestion based on my experience, dont accept any project immediately. Check with your colleagues about the project workload. Some projects are pretty leisure and some are damn hectic. Prefer the first one. First focus on getting back to normal office mode, once you are comfortable then focus on hike/switching the job.
