How important is managing a team?
I have 5 years of experience in analytics, one of the opportunities I am getting is will have me manage a team of 4 people (40% management + 60% ic work). So far I have worked as a IC in both 0-1 and 1-10 startups. Do you think managing a team would imporve my resume ? Is now the right time
