How I do better in my job?

I'm a sales professional working in Ludhiana in a product based company but I couldn't make much 3 to 4 lpa, Can anyone help me how I do better in my job and increase my earnings?

Will it be a good decision to switch my career to the IT sector, will it be fruitful, I don't like to sit in front of the computer for long, can anyone help me what shall I do ?
