How has your salary moved since last year? [Poll + Thread]

I've increasingly started to feel that money has not been growing over the last couple of years. I remember around the 2020-2021 era, salary growth was just something that was happening to all of us around us. Lately, it's been much more stagnant. I do wonder how it has moved for everyone.

Salary is not moving but expenses are going up especially RE ( be it renting /buying). If no one is getting more money then who is paying ?

Your story != everyone else’s. Shouldn’t start doomsaying just yet (I can take a guess who you vote for).

Why do people project themselves on others so unknowingly. Btw how much does Zepto pay to its SDE 3s anyway?

Switched from Infosys to Hexaware, with almost 150% hike, had multiple offers so after countering I reached here. Btw my package was already quite low in Infosys so it makes sense.

0% hike since last 3 years but rent, school fees everything is increasing... I wanted to switch but unsure to resign without offer... Feels this is the option to beat 90 days NP but has any SM role switched here? Any idea how's the market for SM role.
