Underpaid, No growth, No learning being forced to work 12 hrs a day by client
Mine is 1, because of several reasons. a) I did not get any training after joining which they promised. b) They give you any random role. Someone who wants a testing, they'll make them a developer, and someone who wants to be a developer, they'll make them a support engineer, it's bizzare. c) In one of they project, they promised me a role, but didn't fulfill their promise. d) They try to be nice until you agree with them, once you start disagreeing, they show you their true colors. (By they, I mean the managers) e) Salary is the best in the world.
