How good is the Perks+ at Microsoft India?

How good is the Perks+ at Microsoft IDC, I have seen many US employees saying that Perks+ is really great. Can anyone please tell us all the benefits we get here in India?

Perks are great both food and other reimbursements are there. I have grown to despise msft freshers cause of this engage bs, they are least deserving ones. Hope you're not one of them
