Trending @Capgemini; How good is the job security in Capgemini for upto 5-6 Years of Total Experience?

Job security is nothing in capgemini..not only here in most of the service based companies..unless or untill you got tagged on the good project in long term you dont have to worry about anything..but thats the harder part you wont get the projects that easily in cg..but trust me if u r on bench and not in good terms with u r managers and senior they wont hesitate a bit to put you on PIP..be prepared for anything

To be honest nowadays there is no job security everywhere, if you got a good project it means it's good but otherwise we just have to upskill ourselves that's it. I have seen some people who have been moved to PIP.
