After working for 6 months, I want to share my experience. Basically, this is a migration project where we need to convert from on-premise to cloud. Most of the code is difficult to understand, and there is no proper knowledge transfer. From setup to understanding the flow, development, and testing everything needs to be handled by yourself.

Sometimes, the requirements are vague, and it’s hard to understand what the Product Owner assigns. Since it's an Agile environment, you're expected to show progress every day. Everyone is busy, and if you get stuck, no one helps. They simply suggest referring to the Confluence pages or documentation, or connecting with some support team.

There is no clarity in the work. They assign random user stories if you have capacity, regardless of whether you have knowledge of the flow or not. I am totally frustrated and unable to complete some tasks within the given estimates. I have decided to put down my papers and look for a role that is more closely aligned with my interests.
