Trending @Cognizant; How get to leave the company asap?

Hi guys, Straight to the point - I am currently on bench for last 30+ days. Got an opportunity in other company, they want me to join within 15 days. Now I heard some people were able to get released within 3-4 days as the notice period for bench was 30 days(not confirm). Can anybody please help me on how to achieve this?
