How get into startups with salary above 30 lpa fixed

I'm a full stack developer with 2 years of experience. I'm good at development and beginner at dsa noob at system design.

What should focus on to get into Indian startups with salary more than 30lpa fixed as a 2 year experienced dev. Should I focus more on dsa or sys design or both? Is there anything else that I need to look into?

Currently people are way too high salaries are getting affected.. As they don't justify it in all the perspectives

It's not competition it's the value & impact

You should focus more on solving the problems in different ways by justifying the business
Code can be written by AI.. Bring your own value & impact.. If you don't know.. You will be kicked away.. We are in the verge of moving away day 2day coding skills.. More expectations are requir d which you have to brought to table.

Don't look for only salaries.

I work in a small startup so I mean I haven't designed any large applications which have millions of users.
