Trending @HCL; How ethical HCL Is ? It's been the worst company to work

I got selected for one project in recent days, from Aug 2025. At the time of joining the PMO team, my work location is bengaluru and I can continue from Bengaluru only. Now all of sudden they changed my work location to Chennai, and they updated SAP Id sync to Chennai, and my location is officially Chennai now. They did the unethical TMS ( Transfer Management Request ). Now I am getting show cause notice mails for attending the work location as Chennai on a daily basis.
Please find the below images and suggest me better ways. This is how HCL will torcher the employees, my kind suggestion if it HCL, please get rid of the company
Don't drag it till it break. You can't change or argue with management not only in hcl anywhere either learn to navigate or try to find better opportunity and move on ( i suggest it). In many accounts people location will be different and they work from different locations based on understanding with manager. If you are E1 then no idea. Fix it asap by speaking with her and manager. Even I joined couple of years back thinking stable and secure but due to cost cutting last year few got layoff
I won't leave this matter as simple, I will raise the legal concern about the mental harassment which is given to me as of now.
When I joined HCL in April 2024 they did the same to my profile, Hired by informing Bengaluru is the work location, after joining into the company on the next day they said to me Noida is project location and I need to attend the location weekly 3 days, It went VP level escalation and they said to me they can offer Bengaluru projects only, now again they came with new ideas to harass me. Let them make a final decision.
This company will force you to work around the clock due to management's poor planning. Switch this company ASAP.
