From now on, I feel like it's really hard to get even interview calls or response back. Almost 99% of my applications are ignored or not shortlisted. What's your current approach? How do you get recruiter calls for good roles, and where do you apply? What steps are you taking now, given how much things have changed?

Only referrals seem to work. That too only for 1 in 10-15 referral you get an interview call.
