How easy it is to secure a profile building credit policies or business product in a fintech startup ?

I have total 4 years and 7 month’s experience working in finance domain as a credit analyst. While my last year of work experience is very diversified working as product owner, drafting credit policies, building product and also helped in development of a tech platform. I now want to switch to a product owner role. What are the chances for this?
