How early can we expect exit from TCS if on bench

Hi, If some one is released from the project and he raise the exit request , will the employee still need to server 90 days of notice? Or they can be released early in 45-60 days of notice period ?

They'll give you an early release if you are on the bench. However it depends upon your RMG spoc about how many months or weeks need to be severe as notice period... My friend got an early release when he was on the bench within 10 days
