How does this Grading system work at TCS ? I saw my friend getting offer with C2 grade and CTC 24 LPA.

However C3A employee has a CTC of 17 LPA as well.. Stupidity at its peak!!

Hmhm strange. I know for C2 it's upto 18 lpa and c3a it's 23. BTW ur friend is in which tech stack
