I need some info on how does this promotion work. Will there be any Senior Technology architect mentor us . Is there any mentorship.

Promotion from JL5 to JL6 is a tough climb. Expect 4-10 years. Salary hike? Around 8-12%. Manager's nod is crucial. Mentorship? Don't count on it.
