It depends on the reviewer which is above rm also there is no difference with dp ep and gp in gp you get 1% in ep 2% nd in dp 3%

Below are some, it also depends on the project and roles/responsibilities. Development project - Independent in delivery, should own end to end, less or no hand holding,
Should help or train new members, Need to be proactive - call out risks, reach out for additional work if possible,
Handle client communication well, calls, emails, I think this should give you some idea.
