Trending @Wipro; How does QPLC work for C1 band. I recently got promoted and I was told its calculated differently as compared to a B3.

Upto B3 there are two components, in C1 and above one additional metric is added. FYI, C1 and above have received only about 50% qplc for last 2 years.
