1moTrending @Capgemini; How does promotion works in Capgemini, coz I see lot of people who doesn't work get promoted but I'm not getting it , im here for 2 years
I see people who joined at same time at me without doing any jobs are getting promoted meanwhile I do a lot but i have different people managers and i deal with different stakeholders, the person I work with and the person who manages me are different, I see people who do less complex work is getting promoted but I'm not...so I just want to know whether it experience based or performance based

It's based on bootlicking culture.
I am also in the same situation and now preparing to switch because of this culture here.

Same here I too witness the same thing bootlickers have a great future here promotions hikes are solely based on how good you are at licking, management doesn't care how much effort you put in
