Life has no inherent purpose. You have to decide on your own purpose, whatever seems meaningful to you. That is different for different people.
Or you can choose to live without purpose, and just enjoy the daily life, and day to day existence of these few decades of life that we have.

There is no purpose.
There was no point of your existence.
There is no change even if you die tonight.
We look for purpose because its our mind saying bro you are such a great guy, if everything has a reason then what is the reason/purpose of your existence.
If you want to find then maybe try to find what you like doing inherently. What is your inherent default nature.
Those points might lead you to purpose. But no guarantee.
Once a wise Gallon said, Purpose is problem and emotion driven, and life is full of problems. It is us who decides which problem consumes our most emotions...
Y u need purpose
To paraphrase the philosopher, Albert Camus who helped me through my existential crisis, There is none. All your searches for meaning meet only the universe’s silence. Strip away every layer and nothing is given, only what you choose to impose on the void remains. That silence forces you back onto your own will, and that’s where the defiance lies: with no meaning handed to you, the struggle you choose becomes your answer, and that chosen struggle is what fills your heart.
I don’t think it’s easy journey, you have let go few things and adapt others. I think these could be few elements in the way of finding purpose
- Isolation
- Travel
- Consciousness
- Asking question
- Kindness …
What is the purpose of heart beating 24*7? What is the purpose of eyes seeing light? What is the purpose of ear hearing sounds?
Now think in reverse, if eyes don't work you are stripped from the visual beauty of life. If ears don't work the sound of nature is deprived from you.
The point is, what is that one thing that if you won't do will deprive someone (humans, your family, earth etc) from something necessary(heart transplant, food, education, quality music, trees). That will be your purpose!!
