How does grapevine even make money? Is it even profitable and do anonymous community apps really work in this era?

I meant AI is taking over so I am just trying to understand the ideology behind starting up in community social space.

Community building ends up with high network effects.
With network effects you can at value to the community through job listing, ads specific or relevant to community, b2b, some premium benefits, insignia etc

Don't think they make any revenue currently, except maybe some of the jobs they post
