Trending @Cognizant; How does a buy out option works in cognizant?

I want a buy out from a project I don’t have any dependency and it’s been only a week that it got billable and I have asked my manger is not at all ready for early release or a buy out what do I do? I don’t want to lose my other opportunity because of this. Please help me.
