How do you think these popular “SDE Youtubers” get multiple 40LPA+ offers (from companies like Google, Uber, Stripe, Databricks, etc.)?

I keep getting recommendations of on Youtube where these “SDE youtubers” share their experiences on the interviews they cracked where the average package is more than 40LPA. How do you think they cracked so many offers?

They’re simply great SDEs overall
Only good at leetcode and interviews
Luck (applied during hiring bull run)
Bluff (sharing other’s exp as their own)

Being on YouTube is irrelevant. It largely depends on how senior they are.

For senior, staff, principal engineer roles in these companies, 40LPA is peanuts, and those roles can easily get from 80 LPA - 2 Cr packages 😊

Yeah that's what I was thinking, upto 40lpa is pretty much the base for junior levels at many of these companies.

Yeah that’s true but the main thing I was wondering was how do they get so many offers?? Like, do they look sooo desireable to such companies? 🤔
