How do you see a career growth in the SAP domain for the next decade or beyond that?

I've been in the SAP domain (functional consultant) for the last 5 years and whatever my manager in the manufacturing industry was earning after 15-18 years of experience I'm earning now. I see a good growth in coming years provided I keep myself updated with the latest technology and not limit myself with one or two modules.
