How do you quantum leap your career?
For a data scientist who is earning 24lpa, and is equipped with decent skills in ML, DL & LLMs and has the ability to build systems end to end including production. What skills should one focus on to achieve a salary of 50 - 70 lpa in the next 3 years ?

DS I feel are getting less relevant these days. Gpt can do basic Analytics work and most older nlp models feel useless now compared to just parsing all that to gpt and getting a better output.
Focus on fundamental, drive project in your current company, deliver projects which either reduces cost or increases revenue, stakeholder management is very important in DS roles, and if time permits try to build ML pipelines end to end.
