How do you Meal Prep for a week cooking North/South Indian Food being a working women?
I cook everyday because I like home food! But I like to do other things which I don't get time for. How do you guys manage who cooks at home everyday 3 times?

I cooked all three meals-breakfast, lunch, dinner in one go. In the morning, ready before kids leave for school.
Of course that meant planning the menu a day earlier and being up by 4.00 daily.

kudos to you! I dont have kids and I am still not getting time to even read my favorite books out of kitchen!

There are one pot meals, quick recipes that can be done. Somehow most people talk of cooking like its a big task.
My friend has person who comes to cut vegetables. He pays her 1500/ month just for that. He would talk as if he made crores by saving that 30 mins.
Guy here, but what works best for me is getting a rice cooker and an airfryer. For curries, get packet masalas (huge time saver), protein cooked in the airfryer, toss it into the curry. Also, I pretty much eat the same thing 6 days a week (2 times a day), it's not pretty, but it's honest work.

tips taken!! my huge problem is I want different food each time!! I hate it

In this way you will be able to cook different meals for bf lunch and dinner in on go. And dinner is always roti and only gravy changes everyday.

do you use any appliances like Roti maker or something? gosh I love Roti but its hectic to make dough everyday!!

Why not hire a cook maid for 5k pm. Iβd prefer breakfast being most important being home cooked and not office/hotel/ordered one. Or ask your maid to do meal prep for you so that you only do the cooking. I am a guy and I hate meal prep but like cooking. Always had a maid do either full cooking or just meal prep for me (dough making, cutting chopping, etc)

many problem to apply this! first any cook cost in bangalore 10k, 2nd being working people in shift its a problem to even monitor cook!

Roti maker you can purchase it will ease some part of cooking

Guy here. I quick cook in 40mins for a day. 1 Gravy base + add any veg or meat; one pot sambar. 2 one pot millet kichidi. 3 ragi poridge. 1b roti, rice, bread. 4 soaked channa or rajma or anything else for protein. 5 soaked dryfruits. 5 butter milk.
Gravy base = grind onion + tomato in mixer, boil em, add any masalas 2 3spoon as you like. Some oil. Add veges or meat after boil. Total time 10 mins.

Try to spend 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening for cooking so that you can save your health and your family's health too. Prepare something for the breakfast before you go to the sleep and it will take hardly 10 mins for preparing the breakfast and also along side cook some rice and fresh veg too for the lunch. Leftover curry along with hot roti/chapati for dinner.

There should be another option. Husband helps to cook when he's at home and weekends. So we manage eating fresh meals without being exhausted all the time. Lol

I don't do it anymore but i used to once upon a time so my lunch and breakfast were fixed, same thing everyday cheese omlette+ bread toast for breakie and low oil fried rice made using peas and soya chunk and boiled eggs(i used to bulk prepare lunch and have it for 3+4, days) dinner sometimes dosa, oats, sandwich basically something you can prepare quickly
