I cooked all three meals-breakfast, lunch, dinner in one go. In the morning, ready before kids leave for school.
Of course that meant planning the menu a day earlier and being up by 4.00 daily.

There are one pot meals, quick recipes that can be done. Somehow most people talk of cooking like its a big task.
My friend has person who comes to cut vegetables. He pays her 1500/ month just for that. He would talk as if he made crores by saving that 30 mins.

Guy here, but what works best for me is getting a rice cooker and an airfryer. For curries, get packet masalas (huge time saver), protein cooked in the airfryer, toss it into the curry. Also, I pretty much eat the same thing 6 days a week (2 times a day), it's not pretty, but it's honest work.

In this way you will be able to cook different meals for bf lunch and dinner in on go. And dinner is always roti and only gravy changes everyday.

Why not hire a cook maid for 5k pm. I’d prefer breakfast being most important being home cooked and not office/hotel/ordered one. Or ask your maid to do meal prep for you so that you only do the cooking. I am a guy and I hate meal prep but like cooking. Always had a maid do either full cooking or just meal prep for me (dough making, cutting chopping, etc)

Try to spend 30 mins in the morning and 30 mins in the evening for cooking so that you can save your health and your family's health too. Prepare something for the breakfast before you go to the sleep and it will take hardly 10 mins for preparing the breakfast and also along side cook some rice and fresh veg too for the lunch. Leftover curry along with hot roti/chapati for dinner.

There should be another option. Husband helps to cook when he's at home and weekends. So we manage eating fresh meals without being exhausted all the time. Lol
