How do you make new friends in TCS?
So people in my project are 10+ years older then me, and dont see much other people of my age group within my ODC. I do see few people in canteen, but since it is office environment I find it bit more difficult. Any suggestions?

In TCS, age is just a number. We're all professionals here. Use lunch breaks, join clubs, attend company events. Don't shy away from older colleagues, they have invaluable insights. Remember, it's about mutual respect and shared interests, not just age. Be patient, building connections takes time.
