How do you keep yourself updated?

I'm a React Web developer, but the tech stack in org is pretty outdated. How do you all usually keep yourself updated for prod level updated tech?

Read dailydev articles daily. Build some own projects on weekends. Read javascript.info. This is what i do

Hey slightly unrelated but curious to know with AI coming in wont only frontend development go completely out of the picture in a few years?

Why front end and not all development?
