Yeah but what do you say when this question comes up.. Coz some companies understand but some like to grill only on this point. Some pointers will really help

Frankly there's only one way I see. If they push a lot on it, ask them if that's a deal breaker for them. If they say anything other than no, bid them goodbye.

There are only two reasons they push so hard on that. Either they genuinely don't want people who hop a lot or they just want more negotiation power. They will try to lowball you using that..

Give real reasons. I've had 6 jumps in 10. Le one more than you, one of which was less than a year. Maybe 2. You just have to explain it. Real peeps who don't want jumpers won't consider you. I've been rejected for not having 3-4 years minimum stints. Jo garajte hai woh baraste nahi hai. Always se I've wanted to settle and build a long term career.
