Trending @HCL; How do you guys start when you plan to switch

I've stayed in tmHCLtech for 3.5 years, and have significant impact in my project, I want to switch in next 5months, can you suggest your experience on how did you guys start and how can I get referrals

1, prepare a road map for 4 month -
2, save money
3, Start preparing, keep consistent
4, keep applying for jobs in job portals 5, monitor the job market when every you feel your ready, drop papers 6, i did same it worked for me 3.5 year in HCL Tech now i an offer moving out by this month end

Note : 2 nd point is imp to switch

Well I would suggest just keep applying for relevant jobs over jobs portals and companies websites you're targeting and start preparing for interview alongside
