How do you guys showcase NDA projects in interviews?

I am currently working on portfolio. I wanted to ask know how you guys about handling NDA-bound projects during interviews. If a project you’ve worked on is under an NDA, how do you showcase it while applying for new roles?

1. Do you focus on process and learnings without showing final deliverables?
2. Do you anonymize client details and visuals?
3. Or do recruiters generally understand when you mention NDA restrictions?

Curious to know how others navigate this. Would really appreciate your perspectives.
