How do you guys seriously manage a 90 day notice period?
How do you guys manage this? Nowadays recruiters straight up cut the call when they hear 90 days, even WITCH companies.
I have some financial responsibilities, so I need to switch to get whatever I can get, but I can't resign without an offer.
I have seen some folks get an offer and switch, sometimes in good companies too. How? What's the secret? Please help a sister out!

People lie about the np, and later ask hr to shift joining date. I personally have never and will never do this, because I believe you should not lie. The other option is get an offer from WITCH companies which may not even be good offer, just enough to resign and look for better offer.

Yeah that's what I have heard as well, but I'm not sure. Even for WITCH companies it's hard to get I feel nowadays. But yeah, thanks for the suggestion!

Witch ??

Nope, product based company.
When I was looking for jobs with 90 day notice period not even a single company called me back. When I was about to be laid off and had maybe 10-15 days , I kept getting calls almost everyday
