Money is the only thing you can be sure of beforehand. Rest all depends on team even if company is nice.

+1 but if u have several offers where money doesn’t differ a lot then do research on the team specifically you’re joining and the people within it. Although if u don’t have a brand on ur resume and u got one such offer then definitely opt for it no matter the length of ur stay as it opens up more opportunities for u later
