I am doing everything except cooking and cleaning by myself. A lot of sacrifices are required like skipping parties for the gym or studies, awareness towards what you eat or consume. Consumption includes food, alcohol, content, social media etc.
Dating life obviously takes a toll which is important but not a priority for me right now.
Supplements which work for are stay away from unnecessary drama and control over what I consume. Sometimes I do get divert but then come back to the path with better energy and strength.
Start writing anything like poems, journaling etc. It doesn't have to rhyme well. It helps me relax.
Remember this: "Nothing can help you until unless you want to help yourself. "
