How do you guys learn and upskill yourself?

Lately I am facing challenges in learning new things both with how to learn and specially what to learn.

In colleges and early part of career it was fine as there seemed to be others to guide me, or there was a specific area to learn and grow, but as I’m growing and moving in my career I have found having no structured pattern to learn really halts your growth. I am working in same company for 9 years after college. :)
