How do you guys handle loneliness attacks, anxiety attacks, FOMO burns.

The social life we all trust we have, is quite wavy, Focusing on fitness, job and studies hampers time for hobbies and travelling restricting socialization.

For a lot of us, even though we are part of a group, we really don't align there, we are just there.

There is no one you can talk freely with, experience everything.

Dating both in real life or apps isn't an option for many of us. Those blessed with real relationships involving growing together, being there for each other for everything, isn't comparable to other side of the spectrum with someone working on themselves often feeling low about what is left behind for them. As per them, the clock ticks, faster the age, which I aslo believe.

What you guys do.

Here I am with the very same feeling but 2 hours ago, just to feel better went out on my bike,no real purpose just to feel the cool breeze.Had some milkshake came back to my room doing nothing now, but somehow feeling better.

A good coping mechanism, but I just feel, we really need fo treat the root cause for this.

Good answer. I don't smoke or drink.

But a random pizza unlimited at pizza hut or a full plate thali with some coca cola with sath k bande helps.
