
How do you guys handle loneliness attacks, anxiety attacks during random times of the month.
For a streak of days, everything will be fine. But for a day or two a storm of negative emotions will come, increased anxiety, pain around the heart, chills down the spine randomly.
Its a habit now to make myself more busy, gym, work, studies.
I just want to know, how you guys handle it.
Might give me some new ideas to look around lol.

I punch my punching bag so hard i lost all the energy then I go out for 10 mins walk. Check out some girls and ear something and comes back to my room.
This is exactly what I'm doing these days whenever I get panic attacks.

Most attacks are triggered by a buried traumatic event . Maybe a break up , maybe something to do with childhood . You might need to figure out the pattern when it occurs by keeping s journal . Then comes the breathing excercises . If they keep on surfacing means you are trying to bury them . Figuring out the pattern and having body clock to counter it might reduce the time period your body goes into shock .
