How do you guys find the time to attend Interviews?

For me either I try to schedule the interview in the late evening or will sneak out of my office, go to my room and then come back. But it's getting difficult as my team lead, team mates are aware that I am attending Interviews. How do you guys manage?

I take on weekend or take leave on interview days

Do they agree to take it on weekends? For me they never agreed.
And I am attending a lot of Interviews. So taking leave everytime is also not possible.
