How do you guys find balance between everything

Gym Work Interview preperation studies Mental well being

What I tried

  1. Bakchodi with my flatmates (WFH/WFO) during day and bakchodi or a half day trip with my college friends. This helped me mentally sane I was able to get around 1 hour deep work on an avg on a working day and 1 full day deep work on weekend.

  2. Gym is fixed. I go to gym after work. It is in society, there are times that my workout gets reduced to 30 min, max it goes to one hour. Avg around 45 min, daily.

  3. Since I am single, other than occasional mind fucks of getting a gf or the thoughts of marriage etc, I am fine. Although during the time of these thoughts, I do act abnormal in terms of frequent anger and increased anxiety. I am trying to eat my supplements regularly so that my body doesn't suffer from any deficiency. I do talk with my female colleagues for work related stuff and casual laughs on insta memes, enough quota for my female interaction. But I do try to not involve myself too much.

What I see others are doing

  1. They are handling everything from studies by atleast twice a margin, and here I am figuring myself what the f i am doing wrong.
  2. They appear calm in almost all situations, such control, I am nowhere near to it.
  3. Off course they are doing better hardwork.

Even after trying all of the above, I am still in a grey area, what could be more improved, I need to become strong but I don't think I am getting any closer to that goal.
