How do you guys feel when you look at goof ups like this

Today I got this notification from HDFC. I got reminded of all the goofs I encountered so far. I feel sorry for the folks who built this because obviously this would have been escalated but also such a fun thing to share

The truth is that custimer experience and all this jazz around perfect ui ux is not important in india. Just look at hdfc as an example, they have such a shitty website and app experience with their digital architecture all over the place but they are still so successful because in india you only need to get the basics right with a tight mix of pricing and pushing
