How do you guys balance everything?

Gym Studies Job Even some hobbies All while this having a controlled state of mind.

  1. Do you take any supplements repeatedly like b12, D etc.
  2. Do you sleep less.
  3. How do you deal with the exhaustion after a heavy day.
  4. Do you sleep less? Like 6hr.
  5. Do you only study when doing WFH from hybrid. Just a tradeoff with travel time.
  6. Or you avoid tasks like cooking etc by eating from a mess, or hiring a maid. Which works better for you?
  7. Also while having a decent screen time so eyes don't get damaged.

I completely understand it's fine for some days, but padhna bhi zaruri hai, nhi to mahine beet jayenge and result kuch nhi hoga.

Look I will give you a quick idea how could you do all this -

First I go to my office,most important thing which I can't skip after that I come to home I rest and then I go to gym I prefer maid so that she cook for me and I won't have to invest most of time in it . Give time to your family you can talk to them while you are travelling or when you are resting you can give them your time there after gym and after eating you can study for whatever time you have left I will give my time to my friends on weekends usually and sometimes I skip my gym for 12 days and then on that day I study more or sometimes I do work from home so I study on the time which I waste on travelling on some days, I prefer talking to my family friends while doing laundry or cleaning of house. So this is life you have to cut time from somethings and give it to other things and I usually cut a lot of time from my sleeve which is a bad thing and I will try to Cope up with that and I promise myself in future that I will sleep a bit more and will cut my screen time.
And that's how I manage all my time we are humans we can't work like robots at we do all the things on everyday perfectly, so I just sometimes skip jeans so I give time to my work sometime that's keep my sleep to give more time to my family sometimes I don't talk to my friends and sometime I skip my friends this is our life unbalance but still balanced haha 😂

I don't have FOMO. Family, Health and Job has the highest priority. I don't go to the gym. Movies, webseries, pickle ball, club has the lowest priority.. that's fine if I miss any of these. Taking proper sleep makes my day..i am fresh and energetic. Saturday will be a good day to stretch a schedule.. Sunday I kept it slow.

I do all this yes and I sacrifice sleep mostly , it has been months since I have slept more than 6-7 hours during the night so yeah ,no sacrifices no gains.

Do eat any supplements? Are your B12 iron D levels fine?

  7. Eyes won't get damaged. Over exposure makes them dry yes, but can switch off after a point
