It's time to leave HCL... No promotion in 7+ years, that is very bad practice ...

Luck n rm relationship shud b good, I was promoted in first year itself as my teammates left organisation due to toxic culture in project and I contributed out of limits at that time and client was happy as well, but last year increment was 6% only with promotion and still sustaining with project with new set of people around and all are trained under me and all are self dependent now, this year I got 10% without any promotion or something which is quite strange (pleasant way). To b noted: am underpaid as per market standards still as per YOE.
