Same.. getting thoughts of going out of company too fast. Earlier this information i planned on June. Now I am thinking of putting my papers up next month.

That’s what they want, this strategy worked for service based companies. If you feel you are underpaid just search a job and put the papers. Don’t worry about Project, learning, friends and all. Everything is replaceable in a month.
Just focus on our future.

I recently joined CTS with very high expectations. Well that all went down to dust pretty quickly. Though I enjoy working here and my team makes sure my work is highlighted with the leadership as well.

Exactly the same how I was before the announcement..was it really a surprise for you guys?? As per your designation being a manager, m just wondering how come you guys don’t hv this info and just wait for this fake guy to announce.

All managers got blind sided this year. First with the ratings and then this hike deferral. These info are mainly with top leadership only.
